GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. With respect to entrepreneurs, these T&Cs also apply to future business relationships without us having to refer to them again. If the consumer or entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they shall only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them. 2. CONTRACTUAL PARTNERS, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT The purchase contract is concluded with Arno Knof GmbH. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. 3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs by email. You can view the contract text in our customer login area. 4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS Shipping costs are added to the specified product prices. Further details regarding the amount of shipping costs can be found in the offers. We only deliver by mail/shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible. 5. PAYMENT The following payment methods are generally available in our shop: PayPal Plus / Shopify Payments: You will be redirected to the websites of the online providers where you can provide your payment details and confirm the use of your data and the payment instruction. PayPal: To pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and authorize yourself with your login data. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. 6. RETENTION OF TITLE The goods remain our property until full payment. 7. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES The statutory warranty rights apply. 8. LIABILITY We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Furthermore, we are liable for the negligent breach of obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place, the breach of which endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on the compliance of which you may regularly rely. 9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. 10. APPLICABLE LAW The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
