Right of Withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. CONSEQUENCES OF THE WITHDRAWAL In the event of withdrawal, we will repay you all payments that we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs, immediately. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Fees will not be charged for this. Other agreements are possible. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back. You must send back the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within 14 days from withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of any loss of value of the goods (opening, damage, loss of the seal, soiling, resale not possible), compensation for value is unfortunately not possible.
